Location: North End YMCA - 70 Twin Oaks Drive (just behind
Le Sommet school)
Time: 5pm-9pm - if possible, arrive by 4:45pm
(doors get locked at 5pm, so it's just easier).
What you need: Wear comfortable clothing
(sweatpants, hoodies, etc) as you will be lying on the floor (on a yoga mat).
Bring indoor footwear. Bring something to do when not shooting.

Details about the program
Our regular training night is Monday from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. The location is shown on the map below.
Our program is FREE and open to both boys and girls ages 12 to 18.
Our Program runs from September to June and possibility of summer camps in July and August.
There is so much to say about the program, the trips, summer camps, activities, friendship, and lots more. The best thing to do is come and see us and we can explain and show you more.
